Last weekend, Jennifer and I held a Boca Fit Body private cooking class for a handful of our clients and we introduced a bunch of really powerful foods that you may or may not know already.  Over the next week or so I’m going to release videos of the different recipes that were on display!


Today, you’re going to check out a really popular and really easy (I’m talking 5 ingredients) middle eastern dish.  What’s really neat is that it’s really versatile in that a lot of people use it as a dip with veggies, chips, or pitas, but I also like to coat a thin layer of it in my sandwiches instead of mayo or mustard.  Check out the video, and enjoy!
